Restaurant: full board hotel in Cervia
Mamma Antonella runs the show in the kitchen and is the real added bonus of Park Hotel Pineta’s restaurant. While on vacation in Cervia, you will have a chance to taste her delicious dishes recipes typical of the Romagna cuisine, with homemade pasta and second courses prepared with an eye to tradition. We only use the best locally grown ingredients, such as the meat of our backcountry and the fish caught from the Adriatic Sea. The menu also includes a number of Italian dishes always accompanied by buffets of starters, side dishes and tasty desserts.
Cooking with love makes a difference and we are fully aware of that: this is why we entrusted our stoves to a family member like Antonella who kneads, bakes and brings every dish to the table every day as if it were her own home.
